Sauced was founded by a group of 5 friends, who remain co-GMs of the guild. All other guildies are considered officers, with the power to ginvite, o-chat and set their own notes. We do not intend to act as either parents or bosses to anyone in the guild, and we certainly don't intend to 'manage' guildies by keeping them out of the loop. All guild management issues will be discussed in guild chat where guildies can hear & have input. There is a special guild management forum where you can post your ideas and opinions. For this setup to work, we will be inviting & keeping only mature guildies, with whom we get along well.
